Lost Learning Time Due to Sign-In Struggles

Despite significant investments in technology, students and teachers at Val Verde struggled with forgotten passwords, multiple logins, and scattered digital resources. Instead of enhancing learning, technology was causing frustration and lost instructional time. Additionally, administrators lacked clear insights into technology usage, making it difficult to evaluate and optimize digital investments.

Better Decisions, and Maximized Learning

Val Verde implemented ClassLink to provide seamless single sign-on (SSO) access to digital tools, reclaiming lost instructional time. With ClassLink, students and staff can log in once and instantly access all their digital learning resources. Since adoption, the district has logged over 3 million launches through ClassLink, demonstrating high engagement.

ClassLink’s analytics also provide administrators with valuable insights into technology usage, enabling data-driven purchasing decisions. Additionally, students and staff can access files from any device using ClassLink’s MyFiles, ensuring learning and work can continue beyond the classroom.

One of the tremendous advantages in partnering with ClassLink has been—obviously the savings of time for students and teachers—but I also think the analytics has really helped us to save money.
