This presentation offers a comprehensive look at ImmerseMe, a web-based virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) powered language learning tool designed to boost students' communication skills and self-perceived communicative competence. ImmerseMe features interactive, authentic language lessons and a teacher dashboard, supporting twelve languages (Spanish, French, German, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Indonesian, Greek, Italian, English, Arabic, Portuguese and Russian) The session will highlight updates and enhancements, such as the development of Spanish, French, and German homestay content, and introduce a new assessment tool for teachers. Presenter Bio - Scott is the co-founder and CEO of ImmerseMe. Scott has 17 years experience in online language learning. Since founding ImmerseMe in 2015, Scott has spent the last 9 years building ImmerseMe into a world-leading interactive language tool.
