Improving Access with ClassLink

Clifton, NJ – July 11, 2018 – To improve access to digital learning resources, Lawrence Unified SD 497 (KS) implemented ClassLink to create fast, easy, and secure access for teachers and students. With more than 6,000 single sign-on connectors and the comprehensive use of open technology standards, ClassLink is the most inclusive single sign-on platform in education today and is now available to everyone within the district.

Jerri Kemble, Assistant Superintendent for Lawrence Unified SD 497, shared the motivation behind their selection, “Our school district selected a single sign-on to save our students and teachers time when logging in to their learning resources. We are excited that all of our programs will be so easily located and accessed with a single login.”

A leader in providing single sign-on and class rostering solutions for K-12 and Higher Education, ClassLink has a range of sign-in options that further reduce barriers to effective technology utilization, including QR Codes, Facial Recognition, and Remote Login.

ClassLink Director of Instructional Technology, Ryan Johnson, praised the district for investing in digital access, stating, “Lawrence SD 497 has earned a reputation for offering students a high-quality educational experience.  We’re thrilled to support their work and honored to be considered a key partner in our success.”

The pace of ClassLink adoptions continues to accelerate in districts like Lawrence Unified 497, across Kansas, and around the country. ClassLink LaunchPad is now the preferred single sign-on platform for schools and districts around the world.
