Learn how Garden City Schools use ClassLink to support remote teaching and learning (RTL). Using the built-in rostering tools and nightly sync with our SIS, we can "set it and forget it"! Our students get "one-stop" shopping for district applications and websites along with single-sign-on abilities, which means no more forgotten passwords, no more searching for sites and teachers gain valuable instructional time back. Built-in analytics tools help to make informed decisions about software and subscription use.

One of the most difficult processes for teachers and IT departments is getting students enrolled in our various software products and helping them log in when it comes time to get to work. With the help of ClassLink, Liverpool Central School District was able to create a simple interface for students to log into devices and immediately have access to all the programs they need to use.
See how our district made the shift to ClassLink's Single Sign-On platform and the many lessons we learned.
This presentation will provide educational leaders with an understanding of the education ecosystem that supports learning and engagement. An ecosystem defines how our staff, students, and community will work, live, and learn together. The interconnectedness of ecosystem elements will be demonstrated.

Join this interactive session with five school districts to learn about their ClassLink journeys. This dynamic group representing Florida Union Free School District, Goshen Central School District, Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District, Newburgh City School District, and Washingtonville Central School District will share the ins and outs of implementing ClassLink's solutions within their school system. They will answer questions based on SSO, My Files, Ease of Password Resets, Rostering, OneSync, Security, Analytics, Parent Portal, Support, and Training. The panel will also answer audience questions.
We believe it is critical to be "Digital on Day One" year over year. Our most crucial platform in reaching that goal is ClassLink. With one login, students, teachers, and staff have one-click access to their web applications. We put links to our digital textbooks, online assessments, and other instructional web applications into our ClassLink Launchpad. We can assign apps to specific users, grade levels, or groups. Students, teachers, and staff may also add links to their web apps. We also use ClassLink and OneRoster to roster our textbooks and applications. Access to the material is digital day one, and so is account creation. Our teachers and students are not wasting time finding URLs to web apps, nor are they struggling to remember their logins and passwords to different sites. They have one login with one-click access to content.
So beyond a single point of access, we also have rostering support and a great ClassLink Analytics tool. We make decisions based on usage data and other key data points. ClassLink has been a game-changer and saved us during the pandemic.
