Integration Specialist

Headquartered in Clifton, NJ, ClassLink is a leading education technology company serving schools around the world. We are looking for an Integration Specialist to work with schools (K-12) across the United States and digital content providers to integrate our platforms.

The individual should possess the ability to work independently and grow at a rapid pace.  The Integration Specialist’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Onboard vendors that are looking to integrate with the ClassLink platform
  • Provide educational and technical support for customers
  • Identify resources currently in use by customers that can be integrated with vendors
  • Work with customers and vendors to onboard their applications
  • Understanding of different Single Sign-on methodologies such as OAuth2, SAML and LTI
  • Streamline workflows to seamlessly onboard new applications and vendors
  • Create documentation on processes to integrate platforms

Requirements
This position is based in our Clifton, NJ office.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

Junior Systems Engineer / Help Desk

Headquartered in Clifton, NJ, ClassLink is a leading education technology company serving schools around the world.  We are looking for a Junior Systems Engineer to maintain the technical operations and provide support for ClassLink customers and staff. This individual must be a self-starter and have general knowledge and analytical skills in information technology.

Technical Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

  • 1-3 years experience in help desk / customer support; customer support over the phone and email/ticketing system customer communications
  • Experience in Windows Server 2008/12 and server environments including experience in Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Windows domain management. Experience deploying and maintaining domain controllers, user and computer accounts.
  • Database management SQL/MySQL
  • HTML/CSS website management
  • Experience in Windows desktop OS Windows 7,8,10
  • Experience in Server Based Computing and virtualization technologies
  • Office 365, manage/maintain
  • Telephony
  • Linux
  • General IT knowledge and skills (hardware, software troubleshooting)

General Requirements:

  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Help Desk responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support for ClassLink products with taking of inbound phone calls, emails, help desk tickets
  • Deploy and maintain ClassLink Products and Solutions
  • Deliver live-online problem diagnosis, resolution, and training for customers of ClassLink products
  • Update customer user guides for products
  • Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all support cases using the defined tracking software
  • Support Windows Servers and desktops
  • Support Systems/Network administration of Windows Server 2008/12+, Active Directory
  • Ensure ClassLink Operations internal support systems (PCs, phones, email, and software) are always operational and maintained.
  • Provide ideas to improve company operations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Educational Technology Manager

We are looking for an Educational Technology Manager to work with schools (K-12) across the United States guiding/advising/training them on ClassLink’s award winning cloud based technology solutions.

The individual should possess the ability to work independently and grow at a rapid pace.  The Instructional Technology Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Be able to interpret technical requirements, and provide demonstrations to current and potential clients.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage customers through online and in person meetings.
  • Provide educational and technical support for customers.
  • Develop an implementation plan with customers for ClassLink from setup through training end users.
  • Assess competition by analyzing and summarizing competitor and industry trends.
  • Dealing directly with customers, ensure customer satisfaction in areas.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by tracking usage data of customers and providing interventions when necessary.
  • Maintain CRM records to keep management informed of activities, sales, and potential sales.
  • Stay abreast of competitors in the space of Single SignOn and Rostering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Create strong and dynamic relationships with customers.
  • Participate with the EdSuccess team on ever-changing and inventive ways to improve our processes.

Requirements
This position is based in our Clifton, NJ office.

  • Instructional technology background
  • Experience in schools as a teacher, supervisor, tech coach, etc.
  • Adult Learning experience
  • Customer focused, professionalism
  • Superior communication and presentation skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Ability to travel as needed. (Up to 25%)
