Description

ClassLink is looking for a team player to work with our Controller on general accounting, payroll, billing and collections.  The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years’ experience working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Payroll preparation experience is a +
  • Superior Excel skills
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a +
  • Quickbooks or related ERP experience is a +
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • BA, BS in accounting or business is required
  • CPA is a + but not required

Education Technology Sales- Oregon/Washington

ClassLink is a leading education technology company serving schools around the world. We are looking for a Director of Instructional Technology with a proven record of strong school district relationships in Western US, specifically: Washington State and Oregon to join our team.  This person will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to build and nurture relationships with school district leaders.  The right candidate will be able to foster goodwill, make introductions, schedule meetings, conduct sales presentations, and help convey an understanding of the benefits of using ClassLink in the classroom.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Become an expert on ClassLink
  • Make introductions with curriculum and technology leaders at the district level
  • Schedule online and onsite meetings with key decision makers
  • Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink
  • Help develop positive relationships between ClassLink and influential partner organizations across the Western US (Washington State and Oregon)
  • Help achieve successful implementations of ClassLink
  • Help achieve ClassLink sales targets
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and partners

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in a senior consultative/selling role
  • 5+ years experience in classroom, school/district leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of K12 edtech marketplace
  • Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
  • Bachelor degree required, Masters Degree a plus.
  • Work from home and willingness to travel throughout the Western US, specifically Washington State and Oregon.

Junior QA

Description

ClassLink is looking for an entry-level QA analyst to join our team. The role will focus equally on regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and log defects in the system
  • Assist the development team in debugging and replicating issues
  • Create clear and concise detail-oriented test plans
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts
  • Light scripting

Qualifications and Experience

  • Working towards a BS in Computer Sciences or relevant field
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies
  • 700+ Math SAT preferred
  • Ability to work in self-managing atmosphere
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Javascript, C#

Junior Programmer

Headquartered in Clifton, NJ, ClassLink is a leading education technology company serving schools around the world. We are looking for a Junior Programmer to work closely with our CTO to help create award winning cloud based technology solutions.

Requirements:

-Have development experience, however, work experience is not required.

-Be familiar with an at least one imperative (C/C++, Java, Javascript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.)

-Have good problem solving skills. We are looking for logical minds that can understand cause and effect and how to break down difficult problems. This is critical for programmers. The ability to solve difficult algorithms is not required.

-Understand basic control structures and elements of programs like loops, variables, functions, and potentially objects and classes.

-Interest in fullstack node js

-Be eager to learn.

-Take criticism well and be assertive enough to ask for help.

– 700 + Math SAT REQUIRED
