We are looking for a Vice President, International  with a proven record of strong school district relationships around the world.  This person will work closely with the Chief Academic Officer and CEO to build and nurture relationships with school district leaders internationally.  The right candidate will be able to foster goodwill, make introductions, schedule meetings, conduct sales presentations, and help convey an understanding of the benefits of using ClassLink in the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on ClassLink and confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink
  • Execute and help further refine ClassLink’s international business development plan
  • Grow the awareness and consideration of ClassLink in select regions around the world
  • Develop positive relationships between ClassLink and influential people and organizations in select regions around the world
  • Identify, interview, train, and manage international sales partners
  • Achieve ClassLink sales targets in select regions around the world
  • Help achieve successful implementations of ClassLink in select regions around the world
  • Travel for meetings and participate in conferences as necessary in select regions around the world
  • Keep company leadership informed through regular communications
  • Present a professional image at all times to partners and customers

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years, international, partner-led, sales leadership experience for an education product
  • Strong communication and business leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Ed-Tech marketplace
  • Passion for to improve pedagogy and learning outcomes
  • Fluency in other languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or post grad degree a plus

Director of Instructional Technology (WA/OR)

Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to supercharge our efforts to acquire new customers.  This person will work closely with the Director of Marketing and take ownership of various projects and department processes.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who will quickly become autonomous and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing on developing multi-channel, digital campaigns and strategies focused on leveraging video content and resulting in lead generation.
    • Target C-Suite decision makers of school districts (Supt’s, Asst. Supt’s, CTO’s, CAO’s, etc.).
    • Build sales momentum in geographical pockets of strong customer advocacy through digital promotion and paid media.
    • Track, analyze, and report progress on all ROI objectives.
  • Own and optimize all aspects of email marketing and nurturing campaigns via Pardot.
  • Website – work closely with the Director of Marketing on updating, maintaining, and optimizing the website.
  • Develop SEO strategy to drive overall organic growth.
  • Ability and interest in hands-on work and being closely engaged in all levels of marketing engagement from strategy to execution.
  • Additional responsibilities may include: researching new digital initiatives, competitor research, copy writing, and other marketing related tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing/Communications position.
  • 2+ years of experience either managing paid media campaigns autonomously or through an agency.
  • Portfolio of work either personally created or managed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellence in execution, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” and “get it done” mentality
  • Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Bonus points for advanced experience with any or all of the following: Adobe AI or PS, and HTML/CSS.

Help Desk / Systems Engineer

Help Desk responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support for ClassLink products with taking of inbound phone calls, emails, help desk tickets
  • Deploy and maintain ClassLink Products and Solutions
  • Deliver live-online problem diagnosis, resolution, and training for customers of ClassLink products
  • Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all support cases using the defined tracking software
  • Support Windows Servers and desktops
  • Support Systems/Network administration of Windows Server 2012/16+, Active Directory
  • Ensure ClassLink Operations internal support systems (PCs, phones, email, and software) are always operational and maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

General requirements:

  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide technical support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired.
  • Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
  • Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Ability to work with or without direct supervision.

Technical experience/knowledge/skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in help desk / customer support
  • General IT knowledge and skills (hardware, software troubleshooting)
  • Experience in Windows desktop OS Windows 10
  • Experience in Windows Server 2012/16/19 and server environments including experience in Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Experience in Server Based Computing and virtualization technologies

Junior QA

Junior Programmer

Requirements:

-Have development experience, however, work experience is not required.

-Be familiar with an at least one imperative (C/C++, Java, Javascript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.)

-Have good problem solving skills. We are looking for logical minds that can understand cause and effect and how to break down difficult problems. This is critical for programmers. The ability to solve difficult algorithms is not required.

-Understand basic control structures and elements of programs like loops, variables, functions, and potentially objects and classes.

-Interest in fullstack node js

-Be eager to learn.

-Take criticism well and be assertive enough to ask for help.

– 700 + Math SAT REQUIRED
