Director of Instructional Technology – Colorado

We are looking for a Director of Instructional Technology – Colorado with a proven record of strong school district relationships in Western US, specifically: Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico to join our team.  This person will work closely with the Chief Academic Officer and CEO to build and nurture relationships with school district leaders.  The right candidate will be able to foster goodwill, make introductions, schedule meetings, conduct sales presentations, and help convey an understanding of the benefits of using ClassLink in the classroom.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Become an expert on ClassLink
  • Make introductions with curriculum and technology leaders at the district level
  • Schedule online and onsite meetings with key decision makers
  • Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink
  • Help develop positive relationships between ClassLink and influential partner organizations across the Western US (Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico)
  • Help achieve successful implementations of ClassLink
  • Help achieve ClassLink sales targets
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and partners

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in a senior consultative/selling role
  • 5+ years experience in classroom, school/district leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of K12 edtech marketplace
  • Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
  • Bachelor degree required, Masters or post grad degree a plus.
  • Work from home and willingness to travel throughout the Western US, specifically Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.

Manager of School Data Interoperability

We are looking for a Manager of School Data Interoperability with strong experience working directly with student information systems to join our team.  This person will work closely with the VP of Education Success to implement our products that require integrations with student information systems.  The right candidate will have technical talent and be able to establish ongoing relationships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become an expert on ClassLink products that involve student enrollment data
  • Install, configure, provide training and support our customers on select ClassLink products
  • Maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
  • Serve as the product expert to support customer understanding and use of ClassLink products that involve student enrollment data

Director of Engagement – North East

  • Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and current customers
  • Maintain relationships with current customers in assigned territory including onsite meetings, phone and email to increase adoption and usage of ClassLink

Junior Programmer

Requirements:

-Have development experience, however, work experience is not required.

-Be familiar with an at least one imperative (C/C++, Java, Javascript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.)

-Have good problem solving skills. We are looking for logical minds that can understand cause and effect and how to break down difficult problems. This is critical for programmers. The ability to solve difficult algorithms is not required.

-Understand basic control structures and elements of programs like loops, variables, functions, and potentially objects and classes.

-Interest in fullstack node js

-Be eager to learn.

-Take criticism well and be assertive enough to ask for help.

– 700 + Math SAT REQUIRED

Data Analyst

This position can be full time or part time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new and innovative date visualizations for internal and external use.
  • Create data integrations between ClassLink Operations Console and SalesForce.
  • Through data analysis, help inform our internal staff which clients need additional training and support assistance and which clients are successfully using ClassLink.k

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience
  • 5 of 5 skill level for Microsoft Excel
  • 3 of 5, with capacity to become 5 of 5, skill level for SQL server queries
  • 4 of 5, with capacity to become 5 of 5, skill level for Microsoft Power BI
  • 5 of 5 skill level with verbal and written communications
  • 5 of 5 skill level with project organization, creating and tracking task lists
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 1 trip per month)

Educational Technology Manager

We are looking for an Educational Technology Manager to work with schools (K-12) across the United States guiding/advising/training them on ClassLink’s award winning cloud based technology solutions.

The individual should possess the ability to work independently and grow at a rapid pace.  The Instructional Technology Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Be able to interpret technical requirements, and provide demonstrations to current and potential clients.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage customers through online and in person meetings.
  • Provide educational and technical support for customers.
  • Develop an implementation plan with customers for ClassLink from setup through training end users.
  • Assess competition by analyzing and summarizing competitor and industry trends.
  • Dealing directly with customers, ensure customer satisfaction in areas.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by tracking usage data of customers and providing interventions when necessary.
  • Maintain CRM records to keep management informed of activities, sales, and potential sales.
  • Stay abreast of competitors in the space of Single SignOn and Rostering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Create strong and dynamic relationships with customers.
  • Participate with the EdSuccess team on ever-changing and inventive ways to improve our processes.

Requirements

  • Instructional technology background
  • Experience in schools as a teacher, supervisor, tech coach, etc.
  • Adult Learning experience
  • Customer focused, professionalism
  • Superior communication and presentation skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Ability to travel as needed. (Up to 25%) 

Education

  • Masters degree in Education
