Go-Live Checklist

Setup

• Install the ClassLink OneClick extension.
• Import your groups in the CMC.
• Assign applications to the appropriate groups and/or App Libraries.
• Test single sign-on (SSO) applications.
• Verify customization and access permissions in the CMC.
• If you’re rostering applications:
  • Configure and enable rostering rules in Roster Server.
  • Match every rostered application with its corresponding SSO application.

Access

• Share your district's custom login page.
• Deploy the ClassLink mobile app to managed iOS and Android devices.
• Add ClassLink domains and outbound IPs to your allowlist.
• Replace direct application links on your website with ClassLink where appropriate for accurate analytics.
• Determine who should have access to Analytics at launch.

Support

• Put a support plan in place for students and staff.
• Decide the instructor and staff workflow for requesting new digital tools, perhaps ClassLink AppTrack.
• Assign security roles for MFA resets, password recovery, and notifications.
• If using QuickCards:
  • Configure QuickCards for younger students.
  • Assign the Class QuickCard app to instructors who will manage and print cards.
