Take control of your data with DataGuard — a ClassLink Roster Server upgrade.
Share only essential Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with vendor partners. Mask, replace, or substitute other key fields to secure sensitive student and staff data. With DataGuard, you reduce security risks and ensure PII data always stays protected.
When sharing student and staff PII with vendors, less is more. DataGuard helps schools protect sensitive data, ideal for rostered apps that collect PII but don’t actually need it.
Protecting PII is vital when sharing roster data with vendors. DataGuard masks key fields like names and classes with dynamic alphanumeric scrambles, ensuring sensitive information stays secure.
DataGuard masking keeps student names off vendor servers. TrueView puts them back on screen for your teachers. It’s included with DataGuard, and only your approved staff can see the true values.
