After earning a Master's degree in ESOL and Bilingual education from Kansas State University, she taught in low-income schools in Emporia, KS, and San Antonio, TX. This Spring she is transitioning out of her Chapter Director role within GLSEN Kansas to focus on her leadership consulting business, Center of Daring.
