Partner Spotlight: Learn21

Preparing Districts for Day One

For district technology teams, the weeks leading up to a new school year are some of the busiest of the year. User accounts are updated, devices are distributed, systems are tested, and every detail matters when thousands of students and staff are expected to log in on day one.

Founded by educators, Learn21 develops technology solutions designed specifically for K–12 schools. Its portfolio includes tools for identity management, device management, helpdesk support, analytics, and other operational services that help districts manage technology more efficiently while supporting teaching and learning.

As part of the ClassLink ecosystem, Learn21's solutions are available with Single Sign-On and roster synchronization, making them easy to incorporate into the digital tools districts already use every day.

Why Districts Are Taking Notice

With Learn21's K–12 technology solutions and ClassLink's SSO and rostering, your schools benefit from:

  • Built by educators with a focus on solving the operational challenges unique to K–12 schools.
  • Supports district technology teams with tools that extend beyond the classroom, from identity and device management to helpdesk services.
  • Helps streamline everyday technology operations so IT staff can spend more time supporting schools and less time managing systems.
  • Provides operational insights and services that grow alongside district technology initiatives.
  • Complements the ClassLink ecosystem with secure access and automated roster synchronization.

Whether preparing for the first day of school or supporting classrooms throughout the year, strong technology foundations help create better experiences for students, educators, and district staff. Learn21 is one of many partners helping districts strengthen that foundation through the ClassLink ecosystem.

Troubleshoot Faster with New Partner Access Windows

Testing and troubleshooting with ClassLink Partners is about to get a lot easier.

Starting July 10th, schools and districts can grant a software partner temporary, revocable, audited access to their tenant with a new Partner Access Window (PAW), managed from a new Controlled Access page in the ClassLink console.

While a PAW is active, the partner can use Partner Launch Preview in the Partner Portal to log in to their own app as a real teacher or student and see exactly what that user sees, which makes troubleshooting and testing far easier. The moment the window expires or is revoked, impersonation stops. You are always in control of the key; the partner only ever opens the door the key fits.

You Are Always in Control

Access is something you grant, see, time-limit, and revoke, never something that just happens to your data.

Partner Access Windows (PAW): how a school or district gives a software partner temporary, permission-based access.

Partner Launch Preview: what a partner can actually do with that access: log into their own app as if they were one of the school’s users, to see exactly what that user sees.

Think of them as a lock-and-key pair. The Partner Access Window is the key your school hands out to a partner, it works for a limited time and can be taken back. Partner Launch Preview is the door that the key opens. No active key, no entry.
