As we aim to empower students and teachers with instant access to their digital learning resources and productivity tools, we are given the incredible opportunity to work with passionate partners to help us support you in raising student achievement and progress. We are keen to introduce you to our wonderful partners through our regular Partner Spotlight series.

StageAgent for Schools is an online platform that helps develop the next generation of actors and theatergoers by improving student literacy in the dramatic arts. Teachers can provide students with their own accounts so they can access StageAgent materials at any time, both in and out of the classroom. StageAgent works beautifully on any internet-connected device including computers, tablets, and smartphones. Teachers can customize StageAgent to the needs of their program via content filtering options and a lesson plan library.

Here are the top five resources available in StageAgent for Schools:

  • #1: Comprehensive study guides for roughly 2,000 theatrical shows
  • #2: Audition and practice materials including monologues, scenes and songs
  • #3: Self-paced quizzes to ensure student knowledge comprehension
  • #4: Reporting tools and custom controls for teachers
  • #5: Lesson plans aligned to State and National Standards

In addition to the above resources, StageAgent users can discover casting notices from local community theaters and participate in fun competitions. Lastly, StageAgent users can access hundreds of articles and tutorials for various theatrical topics including theatrical makeup, tech areas, and audition etiquette.

Through our partnership with ClassLink, we want to make it easier for theater teachers to provide their students with access to StageAgent resources. With ClassLink single sign-on, students can discover a world of amazing theater resources at their fingertips without having to remember a new password.
