Build Custom AppTrack Approval Workflows
Now you can set up different app approval flows for general requests, specific departments, or individual apps, so each request follows the right path from the start.
Set approval and rejection thresholds by role, require reviews to happen in order, customize the questions requesters answer, and manage requester and approver roles through Security Roles.
Requesters and approvers also get more context along the way with document attachments, comments, request history, and ISTE quality indicators built into the workflow.

This update also delivers a stronger record of credential changes, making it easier to track what changed and when as you manage your connections.
