Schools will have the choice to upgrade to our full suite when we deactivate ClassLink Lite in August 2020. The $995 cost includes setup, training, support, and license. No other fees apply for ClassLink Lite.

What is ClassLink Lite?

ClassLink Lite offers single sign-on and usage analytics and includes the following ClassLink products:

  • LaunchPad – sign-in integration with any directory (AD, Google, Azure) and unlimited single sign-on apps (federated and non-federated).
  • Analytics – login and app usage reporting.
  • My Files – simplify remote access to school folders and files. Bring together your school network and cloud storage into one location including Google Drive, O365, and Dropbox.

What’s not included in ClassLink Lite?

ClassLink Lite does not include the following ClassLink products:

  • Roster Server – deliver class rosters securely and instantly.
  • OneSync – create and manage accounts with secure, automated account provisioning.
  • Parent Portal – help parents stay engaged with their child’s education.
  • Public Portal – keep the community informed and share information on resources.

ClassLink Lite will have a flat cost of $995 for any size school system. This cost covers setup, training, support, and license. No other fees apply for ClassLink Lite. You can upgrade to our full suite at any time and can apply the $995 as a credit towards that purchase.

Can I temporarily use ClassLink Lite while I’m still working on implementing the full suite?

ClassLink Lite is available for rapid activation to any existing ClassLink customer who is still implementing our full suite but prefers to get the basic system up and running immediately. Contact your ClassLink EdSuccess implementation manager to get that done. There is no additional cost for existing ClassLink customers who choose to activate ClassLink Lite.
