Principal Security Architect

Ryan Cloutier is a seasoned IT Security professional with over 15 years of experience and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP®. He has held a variety of IT roles during his career including multiple architect and security roles. Ryan has worked on cloud security, Dev-Ops / Sec-Ops methodology, policy, process, audit and compliance, network and application security architecture for several fortune 500’s in the health care, financial, and agriculture sectors and has been working with K-12 and SLED for the last 2 years.

Jan Mills

Senior Vice President of Sales

Jan spent 17 years with the Irving ISD as an educator and instructional technology director before leaving to work with various education technology companies. She has a master’s degree in instructional technology and has over 20 years of experience selling and leading sales teams in the K-12 marketplace.

Gretchen Thompson

Regional Vice President, Sales

Gretchen Thompson is the Regional Vice President of Sales for Gaggle. She brings with her an expansive background in educational technology, holding titles as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, market development and sales and outreach over the past 12 years. A polished public speaker and passionate advocate for safety in the k-12 digital playground, she also holds certificates in women’s executive leadership and emotional intelligence leadership. A graduate of both Kent State and Case Western Universities, Gretchen resides in Bay Village, OH.
