The significant increase in student device access reflects a first step towards addressing digital inequities. This progress is worthy of celebration, but leaders must now confront digital barriers preventing students from leveraging devices to their full potential.

This session will share lessons from district leadership that will help schools overcome these hurdles, including using learning analytics to understand and evaluate digital instruction and access initiatives. We will announce a new endeavor to create an open resource for decision-making on EdTech initiatives. This project will combine insights from the last year and turn them into a tool that can inform district decision-making for years to come. Participants will have a first look at what’s in development and have the opportunity to provide feedback.
