  • Controller: The Controller will be the hands-on accounting manager for ClassLink and will answer directly to the CEO. The individual should possess the ability to work independently and grow at a rapid pace. The Controller’s responsibilities will include all accounting functions, numerous reports, and day-to-day cash management. 
  • Senior System Engineer: The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for Project lead for Software Projects, supporting clients autonomously as part of our Helpdesk Staff, have the ability to support remote users/client support on site, Systems/Network administration of Windows NT/2kXX, Active Directory, Exchange, Support and Maintain VDI/Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenAPP and plain Terminal Server Environments, Support and Maintain SAN Environment, ISCSI or Fiber (Dell, HP, EMC), Support Windows Servers and desktops, XP with Office 2003/2007, Deploy and maintain ClassLink’s Products and Solutions, Ability to work closely with Client to implement new Active Directory Structure, Participate on Helpdesk off hours support hotline.

  • Inside Sales Position: We have multiple immediate openings for Inside Sales in our corporate office. This Sales role will require an individual to have a solid understanding of ClassLink products and services, Generate new business in new markets and in existing accounts and build rapport with potential new clients, Assess competition by analyzing and summarizing competitor and industry trends, Develop potential sales opportunities by researching and identifying likely clients by phone and at trade events, Lead qualification for all sales opportunities, Up selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships, Dealing directly with customers and valued resellers, ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction in areas such as: expediting open purchase orders, obtaining pricing, product information and procurement, Prepare proposals, RFQs and RFPs as required, Maintain CRM records to keep management informed of activities, sales, and potential sales and more.

  • K-12 Curriculum Consultants: We have multiple immediate openings for experienced K-12 Curriculum Consultants to work directly with our clients (NYC area and NJ) to implement Data-Driven Instruction and Differentiated Instruction strategies into the classroom using an online lesson planning and curriculum mapping tool. The consultant must be able to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Career and Tech Ed Consultants: We have multiple immediate openings for experienced Career and Tech Ed Consultants to work directly with our clients to implement a customized Student Information System in various PA locations (Central PA, Western PA, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh). Work hands on and face to face with administrators, support staff and instructors on the comprehensive software functionality to assist with school-wide operations. The consultant must be able to travel to client sites as needed.
