Professional Development

The OnTrack Professional Development Series is purposed to assist administrators and teachers in meeting their professional goals through comprehensive and customized training along with OnTrack curriculum management and online lesson planning software. We work from the bottom-up to personally encourage, initiate and guide support to every part of a school – from administrators, teachers and to support staff. We bring best practices and customized materials that best fits the needs of every school. Initially, we determine problem areas and then we sculpt a meaningful series with workshops, individual coaching, collaborative team teaching and modeling to support the vision of your school.

The OnTrack Professional Development Series provides individualized Professional Development that is wholly customized for your specific teachers in your specific school or district. Our Professional Development experts immerse themselves in the culture of your classrooms to foster personal leadership skills and develop a curriculum that accelerates learning for all students.
