CLASSLINK SELECTS SCHOLARSHIP WINNER IN 4TH ANNUAL COMPETITION
-- Graduating Senior Earns $1,000 Scholarship in 4th Annual National Contest --
WEEHAWKEN, NJ, June 15, 2007 -- ClassLink, a leading technology provider for kindergarten through grade 12 classrooms, announced the winner of this year’s ClassLink College Scholarship Program. The program is open to high school seniors at participating ClassLink schools who are interested in furthering their education at a two or four-year college. This year’s winner was selected from a pool of extremely qualified candidates and hailed from Wallington High School in Wallington, New Jersey.
On June 15, Bhavini Shah was awarded the ClassLink annual scholarship. She is an outstanding student and will be entering a six year Doctor of Pharmacy program at St. John’s University in New York this fall.
“Bhavini has been the recipient of many accolades as she winds up her high school career, all deserved. She is a model student for all who want to be successful in school. Her impact on the school as a student leader will be missed.” said Dr. Frank A. Cocchiola, Jr., Superintendent of Wallington Schools.

Winning this competition is a testament to her intellectual prowess.” said Dr. Joseph Pompeo, Wallington High School Principal. “Bhavini’s academic excellence and winning essay submission made her the ideal candidate for this award. The ClassLink College Scholarship is an essay competition and recognizes students who have demonstrated academic success while maintaining a well-rounded life outside of their scholarly pursuits. Beginning in 2004, the winner is selected form deserving students from the ClassLink network of schools.
