Having been awarded a Title IID grant for Enhancing
Education Through the Use of Technology, MAISD is
supporting, with training and technical assistance, the
implementation of the ClassLink Universal Learning
Suite.
OnTrack, the multi-featured web-based component,
provides server-based storage for district curriculum,
teacher lesson plans, rubrics, student activities,
forums and administrative level
reports of delivered curriculum framework and
grade level content standards.
LaunchPad is a personalized desktop allowing users
24/7 access to personal school related files and school
application software (Word, PowerPoint, etc,) from any
internet connection.
Also available is a technology management tool
referred to as CLiC. CLiC provides for management of
desktop policies, software usage, license monitoring and
server monitoring.
It's all about student achievement and the Montcalm
Area ISD Classlink solution begins at the foundation to
effectively impact student achievement.
The technology behind the solution allows for
universal access to all instructional resources
regardless of location, provides tools for
collaboration, and provides a consistent experience for
the users so they can focus on teaching and learning and
not on operating the
technology.
