NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED: To enter this contest, simply stop by a ClassLink booth at a trade show or attend a ClassLink/HP seminar between now and January 16, 2009 and complete an entry form. Entrants may also contact jdanke@classlink.com to schedule an online demo and receive an entry form. Complete an entry form with your first and last names, mailing address, telephone number, and email address and give to a ClassLink representative or mail in an envelope addressed to Contest Department, ClassLink, Inc., 1200 Harbor Blvd, 9th Floor, Weehawken, NJ, 07086. Entries submitted by mail must be received by ClassLink on or before January 16, 2009. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Contest entrants who submit more than one entry will be disqualified. This contest (including awarding of Prizes) is void where prohibited by law.
Contest is limited to legal residents of the United States over 18 years of age. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on Prizes. Winners will be notified by email. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Winners will be required to reply from the winning email address within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and, at the option of ClassLink, an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. Winners consent to use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
