Engadget has just posted the full specifications for a brand new device from HP called the 2133 Mini Notebook PC. From the looks of this device it will definitely be a strong competitor to the Asus Eee and Everex Cloudbook that have taken a lead in the UMPC market.

Compared to the Asus EeePC and Everex Cloudbook, the HP 2133 will offer a larger, scratch resistant 8.9 screen running at 1280 x 768 resolution. A 120Gb hard disk drive and 1GB of RAM. It will also come pre-loaded with either a SuSe Linux or Windows Vista Operating System.
Now that HP has released a lighter, more portable device it seems that we’ll soon see a lot more ‘like’ devices being announced.
